This Release Form is entered into by (“Guest”) and Laura Brazan, the owner of the “Grandparents Raising Grandchildren: Nurturing through Adversity” podcast , hosted by Laura Brazan. By signing this Form, the Guest agrees to the recording and distribution of reproduction(s) of the Guest’s voice and performance as part of the Podcast.

• Permission to Record: Guest hereby grants the Podcast the permission to record, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute, or otherwise use any audio, video, or digital recording of the Guest’s voice and likeness made in connection with the Podcast, including any information disclosed during the Podcast recording, (collectively, “Recorded Content”) in any medium or format whatsoever, including but not limited to broadcasting, advertising, promotion, and marketing materials, without any further approval from the Guest.
• Ownership: The Guest acknowledges and agrees that all rights, title, and interest in the Recorded Content, including any copyright, shall belong to the Podcast. The Guest retains no ownership rights to the Recorded Content.
• Use of Information: The Podcast agrees that the Recorded Content will not be released, sold, or otherwise distributed to any third party or organization without the prior written consent of the Guest. The Podcast is committed to respecting the Guest’s privacy and intellectual property.
• No Compensation: The Guest understands that they will not receive any monetary compensation for their participation in the Podcast or for the use of the Recorded Content as described in this Form.
• Release: The Guest hereby releases, discharges, and agrees to hold harmless the Podcast, its owners, agents, officers, employees, and any other person involved from any claims, demands, or causes of action that they may hereafter have by reason of anything contained in the recordings or the use thereof.
• Entire Agreement: This Form constitutes the entire agreement between the Guest and the Podcast regarding the subject matter hereof. Any modifications to this Form must be in writing and signed by both parties.

By signing below, the Guest acknowledges that they have completely read and fully understand this Release Form and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
